Primary (Must-Have):

• AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive | BSW architecture and configuration | MCAL and low-level drivers

• Expert-level C/C++ programming | Embedded OS internals

• AUTOSAR authoring tools (DaVinci, SystemDesk) | Vehicle networking (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)

• End-to-end SDLC and V-model | ASPICE process compliance

Secondary (Good to Have):

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science | Multi-ECU domain experience

• Functional safety (ISO 26262) | ASIL-based development

• Automotive cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434)

• Python/Shell scripting | CI/CD pipelines and test automation

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Engineering Department is seeking a Senior Software Technical Expert specializing in AUTOSAR-based ECU platforms. Reporting to engineering leadership, this role provides critical architectural guidance and hands-on troubleshooting for complex vehicle network topologies. The expert resolves cross-module ownership disputes, ensures seamless ECU integration, and accelerates high-quality product delivery.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide real-time, hands-on guidance and troubleshooting support to engineering teams for issue triage, debugging, and reproduction.

• Perform in-person code, configuration, and design reviews for AUTOSAR BSW, MCAL, RTE, and application layers with in-house and supplier teams.

• Steer cross-module technical discussions to resolve ownership disputes and ensure seamless ECU integration across CAN, LIN, and Ethernet networks.

• Guide issue root-cause analysis and resolution, ensuring high-quality deliverables with zero regressions and strict adherence to ASPICE standards.

• Mentor senior engineers, promote best practices in architecture and validation, and influence long-term technology roadmaps.
