Job Description – Engineer-AV

We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and customer-focused AV On-site Engineer to join our team at the TCS client location in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AV support, troubleshooting, video conferencing systems, and basic network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for meeting rooms, conferences, corporate events, and video conferencing sessions. Configure and troubleshoot AV equipment, displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, and audio/video systems. Support video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex. Perform preventive maintenance, equipment testing, and routine inspections. Troubleshoot AV connectivity, cabling, signal routing, and basic network-related issues. Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders for issue resolution and escalation. Maintain AV inventory, asset records, service requests, and incident documentation. Ensure smooth meeting room operations and deliver excellent customer service.

Required Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems and equipment, with hands-on experience in AV support, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Familiarity with video conferencing tools and room conferencing peripherals. Basic understanding of networking, connectivity, and AV system integration. Good communication skills in English and Hindi, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended hours when required.

Education and Experience

Diploma or BE in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in AV support or technical support.
