AV Installation - Field Engineer II

Are you a master of AV integration with a passion for field leadership, complex technical problem-solving, and cutting-edge commercial tech?

OneRevel is looking for a Field Engineer II to act as the technical "tip of the spear" for our field operations. This isn't just another installation role-you'll be building the future of commercial communication. We leverage the power of advanced audio/video distribution, massive video walls, and managed digital signage to help our clients captivate their audiences and drive brand value.

Why OneRevel?

• A Culture of ACTION: We operate with a core belief that every business message matters, and each display is an opportunity to create a lasting impact. At the heart of OneRevel lies our driving force, encapsulated in the powerful word ACTION.
• Beyond the Screen: You aren't just hanging hardware; you are architecting experiences. From advanced IPTV environments and Q-SYS integration to HDMI distribution and network wiring, you will lead the execution, commissioning, and support of premium commercial ecosystems.
• LeadershipGrowth: We are deeply committed to supporting your career growth. You will step into a true leadership position where you will mentor lower-level field personnel, guide installation teams, and elevate our technical standards across the board.
• Dynamic Work Environment: While generally operating during standard business hours, this role thrives on the flexibility required by elite project demands and travel. We provide an assigned company vehicle, specialty tools (drills, lifts, bucket trucks), and a supportive team environment to keep you energized.

The Mission

As a technical "field general," you will own the on-site execution of advanced commercial AV projects. You'll install, configure, and troubleshoot complex systems while serving as the senior escalation resource for your team. You'll collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, maintain impeccable quality control, and occasionally step up as an Event Day Operator to support live client environments. You are the standard-bearer for OneRevel's quality, accountability, and professionalism in the field.

Your Arsenal

To be successful in this role, you bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant AV field installation, commissioning, or technical systems experience in commercial environments.
• Technical Chops: Solid networking understanding and familiarity with CTS, Q-SYS (Level 0/1), Crestron, IPTV/Com3000, Motion Rocket, and HDMI/HDBaseT distribution.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to safely navigate construction, outdoor, and client-facing environments. This includes lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and operating lifts or bucket trucks (when certified).
• Self-Starter Mentality: You possess strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize without constant guidance, and a proven track record of training and leading others.
