Synergy Integrated Systems is hiring a Low-Voltage Installation Technician to join our Raleigh field team, installing AV, lighting, networking, and security systems that make our clients' homes and businesses run smarter.

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

Your Location:

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• 8321 Bandford Way Suite 003 Raleigh, NC 27615
• Projects in surrounding area

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• We work four 10 hour days
• Mon-Thurs 7:45am-6:15pm

Your Contribution to Synergy Integrated Systems:

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
• Install and mount TVs, projection systems, video walls, audio, shading, low-voltage lighting, and security devices
• Build and lace equipment racks
• Setup and configuration of devices
• Connect and bring control systems to life (Control4 a plus!)
• Understanding and setup of networks
• Troubleshooting of devices

You May Come From...

• AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
• Security Installation
• Low-Voltage Cable Pulling
• Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install!
• Electrician (HV or LV)

Synergy Integrated Systems' Contribution to You:

• Salary: $55k-$75k/year - YUP!
• 401k w/match - 4% when you contribute 5%+, 3.5% when you contribute less
