AV Installation Technician

What you'll do

• Installing Digital Signage Across the country and support and fulfill jobs as required
• Deal with a wide range of customers for example deli’s, hotels, schools etc.
• Installation of Screens, LED, interactive panels, self ordering, indoor & outdoor
• To undertake installations and maintenance, including cabling, screen mounting, digital signage setup (full training provided but technical ability required)
• To assist in troubleshooting of post install issues
• To maximum level of customer satisfaction
• Nationwide travel 5 days a week (either early morning/late evening)

Your Skills

• Minimum of 2 year of work experience in installation environment.
• Minimum of 1 year technical experience preferable AV related
• Installation/fitter experience if possible. You must be able to use a drill and related tools for the job.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills – ability to translate complicated technological terminology into language easily understood by others.
• A self-starter with proven experience in dealing directly with users on a wide variety of technical issues with ability to be a self-motivator and work on their own or in team environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills THINK OUT SIDE THE BOX
• Dealing with Schools, Retail, Commercial and Corporate an advantage.

Other Benefits

Training will be provided, but this role is a hit-the-ground-running role. Knowledge of installations/drilling/fitting etc is essential. Technical knowledge is essential.

You must have a full driving license for insurance. We are based in Oldcastle Co Meath and you will be required to work from this office as a base. This role will involve working nationwide and some early mornings/late evenings (bonus related pay) depending on the project being rolled out. No weekends.
