AV Lead (Project Management)

Plan and support major meetings, hybrid events, webinars, live productions, recordings and video production.

Set up and operate AV/VC systems, control rooms, recording studios and live-streaming equipment.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, production teams and external vendors on multimedia content creation and post-production.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, trouble shoot technical issues and maintain equipment inventories.

Manage AV contractors, monitor service performance and administer contracts, including verification of services and payments.

Lead and coordinate AV operations and support large-scale AV implementation projects.

Requirements

Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, AV or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in broad casting, live production, or AV/VC operations and maintenance, with supervisory responsibility.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Suite, video editing and photography.

Good understanding of cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound and live-streaming software such as TriCaster, OBS or v Mix.

Experience with filming equipment, studio production and working on production sets or as part of a production team.

Experience in project management of large-scale AV implementations.

Proficient in AV/VC systems such as Crestron, Extron or Bosch. Up to date with broadcasting and AV/VC technology developments.
