AV Project Deployment Manager #26-00219

Duration: 12 months contract

Pay Range: 39 – 42 GBP /hour Via PAYE inside IR35

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Deployment Lead to coordinate AV, video conferencing (VC), and workplace technology deployments across multiple international sites. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on project coordination, vendor management, installation schedules, and ensuring technology spaces are fully commissioned and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate AV/VC deployments, room builds, technology refreshes, and commissioning activities.
• Manage project schedules, vendor timelines, equipment deliveries, and site readiness.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, workplace design, security, and external vendors.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Maintain deployment documentation, equipment inventories, and commissioning records.
• Support event spaces, production environments, and technology installations across multiple sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical deployment, project coordination, or project management.
• Hands-on experience with AV/VC technology deployments and commissioning.
• Strong vendor management, logistics, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in London and travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise AV/IT, video conferencing, or event production environments.
• Familiarity with purchase orders (POs), bills of materials (BOMs), and vendor RFQs.
• Experience coordinating contractors and managed service providers.
• CTS certification or PMP-related project management knowledge.
