Project Manager – Audio-Visual (AV) Projects

About the Role:

Integrated Systems Technologies Philippines, OPC is seeking a skilled Project Manager – Audio-Visual (AV) to oversee the execution of AV and construction-related projects. This role works directly under the CEO / Operations Head, ensuring that all projects are aligned with company standards, timelines, and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in both audio-visual systems and construction project management, with the ability to lead projects independently while maintaining close coordination with executive leadership.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the CEO / Operations Head
• Works closely with design, engineering, and implementation teams

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Execution

• Lead and manage AV projects from planning to completion
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Provide regular updates and reports directly to the CEO / Operations Head

2. AV & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with design, engineering, and programming teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility
• Review AV system designs including layouts, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Ensure proper integration of AV systems such as conferencing, sound systems, LED walls, and control systems

3. Construction & Site Management

• Oversee on-site construction activities related to AV installations
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with plans, safety standards, and project requirements
• Address site issues and implement corrective actions when necessary

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct meetings, site visits, and progress presentations
• Ensure client requirements are clearly understood and properly executed

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and industry best practices
• Conduct QA/QC checks on installations and system performance
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations

6. Documentation & Project Closeout

• Oversee preparation of project documentation including reports, drawings, and turnover documents
• Ensure proper project handover, including as-built drawings and system documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related), Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in AV, construction, electrical, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual systems and technologies
• Experience in construction project coordination and site management
• Proven ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage high-level project expectations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in project management tools and documentation

Work Setup

• Full-time position
• 5 days a week (with flexibility depending on project requirements)
• Field work and site visits required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
