AV Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat for audio visual equipment and software-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
• Document customer interactions using CRM software for tracking purposes.
• Resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of audio visual systems.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of audio visual technology, including microphones, speakers, and cameras.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common issues with video conferencing tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
• Experience working in an IT services & consulting environment is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM software and its applications in managing customer interactions.
