AV Systems & Studio Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AV systems, meeting rooms, boardrooms, townhall spaces and digital signage.
• Oversee studio operations including recording, podcast and broadcast facilities.
• Support executive meetings, townhalls, hybrid events and corporate broadcasts.
• Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing technologies.
• Ensure AV systems are reliable, well maintained and ready for use.
• Manage AV vendors, contractors and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support for critical events.
• Develop AV maintenance and technology lifecycle plans.
• Evaluate new AV technologies and identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in AV Technology, IT, Engineering, Media Production or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant AV experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AV, Teams Rooms, video conferencing, audio, broadcast and streaming technologies.
• Experience supporting executive meetings, live events or corporate studios.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Professional, calm under pressure and customer-focused.
