音视频集成工程师 (AV Systems Integration Engineer)

岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities:

售前支持 / Pre-sales Support: 提供智能会议室及AV工程项目的售前技术咨询与架构设计。

Provide technical consultation and architecture design for Smart Meeting Room and AV engineering projects.

方案与概算 / Design & Pricing: 编写技术规格书（Specs）、BOQ清单及方案PPT；精通价格体系。

Draft Technical Specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and PPT proposals; proficient in cost and pricing structures.

现场管理 / Implementation: 负责AV系统现场施工管理、安装指导、软件调试，确保高标准交付。

Supervise on-site installation, software configuration, and system commissioning to ensure high-quality delivery.

投标能力 / Tendering: 独立承担项目前期的技术支撑，主导技术投标文件的制作。

Take full ownership of technical support during the pre-project phase and lead the preparation of technical tender documents.

文档编制 / Documentation: 制作专业技术手册、验收文档，并向客户进行技术陈述。

Create professional technical manuals and acceptance documents, and conduct technical presentations to clients.

任职要求 / Requirements:

资历背景 / Background: 3年以上音视频集成行业经验，理工科相关专业背景。

3+ years of experience in the AV integration industry with a background in Engineering or related fields.

项目管理 / Project Management: 具备 项目经理 (PM) 经验，能主导完整的AV/IT集成项目交付。

Proven experience as a Project Manager (PM) leading full-cycle AV/IT integration projects.

技术栈 / Tech Stack: 精通 Zoom/Teams Rooms 及主流品牌（Crestron, Poly, Logitech, Cisco等）。

Expertise in Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and brands such as Crestron, Poly, Logitech, and Cisco.

设计工具 / Tools: 熟练使用 AutoCAD 或 Visio 绘制系统原理图。

Proficient in AutoCAD or Visio for system schematic designs.

资格认证 / Certifications: 持有 CTS, CTS-D 或 PMP 证书者优先。

Professional certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, or PMP are a major plus.
