What they need
An AV Technician sets up, operates, and maintains audio‑visual equipment—such as microphones, speakers, projectors, video systems, and lighting—for live or recorded events, ensuring smooth technical performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, connect, and test AV equipment (microphones, speakers, projectors, video cameras, monitors).
- Operate equipment during events, adjusting audio levels, switching video sources, and managing lighting.
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to ensure uninterrupted performance.
- Maintain, clean, and repair AV equipment; notify supervisors when major repairs are needed.
- Collaborate with clients, performers, and event staff to meet technical needs.
- Document inventory, maintenance, and equipment usage.
- Support hybrid/virtual events
Pay: Php19,700.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
