AV Technician - Immersive Experiences

Your mission

About The Storytelling Company
At The Storytelling Company (TSC), we design and deliver immersive, story-driven experiences that bring together brand, culture, and technology. Our projects combine creative vision with technical execution - spanning AV/IT systems, spatial design, content, and live environments.

Your Mission
As an AV Technician, you are responsible for the hands-on execution of immersive AV installations. You translate technical drawings and instructions into precise on-site builds, ensuring systems are installed, configured, and prepared for commissioning exactly as designed.

You work closely with Technical Producers and AV Engineers, supporting the delivery of reliable and high-quality systems. Your focus is on execution - building, connecting, and preparing systems with accuracy and care, while flagging any issues or deviations that may impact delivery.

You take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ensuring that every installation contributes to a seamless final experience.

About us

The Storytelling Company is more than 180 people across Amsterdam, Zwaag, Berlin, Munich, and Charlotte.

We bring strategy, design, and technology together into experiences people can walk into, for global clients wherever they and their audiences are. A brand's experience center. A maritime simulator, accurate down to the last real parameter. An opera, an exhibition, a pop-up that wasn't there yesterday. Original worlds made to travel from one city to the next. Different scales, different briefs, one question underneath each of them: what does it feel like when this truly lands?

We work in close partnership with our clients and treat every project with the same care, for the people it reaches, the brands behind it, and the world around it. From the first idea to the last farewell note.

If any of that sounds like your kind of place, we'd like to meet you.
