Technical Event Company is a national vendor of lighting and audio equipment for luxury weddings and events.

This position is hourly from 9 am - 5pm Monday through Friday. We look for staff who are reliable, timely, and whose productivity response is with a sense of urgency.

Any ​interest, experience​, ​o​r knowledge of audio and lighting equipment is valued.​
Ability to pass a DOT certification test and willingness to drive a 16' and 26' truck is highly valued.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipping protocols. To include: packing prep, palletizing, tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Provide a consistently high standard of service for customer pick ups and returns.
• Participate in annual physical inventory, documenting weight and dimensions as needed.
• Responsible for best practice heavy equipment operation, up to date safety compliance, and truck loading/unloading.
• Ensure equipment is pulled and loaded for delivery based on confirmed event specifications.
• Provide quality care of equipment and maintenance of fixtures.
• Optimization and organization of space.
• Facilities maintenance: including daily sweeping and trash disposal.

There is room for advancement in this field. You can be moved into a lead role, management or field work if interested.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
