Availability Manager - The Warehouse Levin

The Warehouse Group (TWG) is New Zealand’s largest retailer employing over 11,000 people across our reputable brands and our purpose is simple.  Helping Kiwi’s live better every day.

If you're a people person with a knack for leadership and a passion for creating great customer experiences, this is a role where you'll be a crucial part of our store team dedicated to making shopping easy and enjoyable for all of our customers!

In return, we offer a competitive salary, perks like a day off on your birthday, and a discount card valid across The Warehouse Group brands.

When customers walk through our doors, they should be able to locate what they want with ease and walk out satisfied.

The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.

There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating the Nightfill team ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained and our store shines so it's a safe and positive work environment for everyone.

Ultimately we're looking for someone with leadership experience, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.

If you've had any experience in retail preferably in stock, merch, recovery and presentation that would be a real advantage and if you're someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and get things done, then you could be the perfect fit for us!
