Avaloq Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst with experience in Avaloq-driven environments to support and deliver business-critical initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating stakeholders, structuring requirements, and ensuring successful project execution, rather than hands-on technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Avaloq-related projects and initiatives from initiation to delivery

• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners

• Gather, structure, and document business requirements in a clear and concise manner

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on objectives, scope, and solutions

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure proper follow-up with delivery teams

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Support testing phases by coordinating user acceptance testing and validating outcomes

• Ensure clear communication and reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Contribute to process improvements and support change management activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis within banking or financial services

• Good understanding of Avaloq or similar core banking systems

• Familiarity with private banking processes (e.g., client lifecycle, payments, compliance)

• Ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Experience working in structured project environments (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to transformation or system implementation projects

• Knowledge of regulatory topics (e.g., KYC, AML, MiFID)

• Certifications in Project Management or Business Analysis
