What the Role Involves

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Deliver a consistently positive and helpful experience to every customer
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team when needed
• Meet service quality standards and monthly KPI targets
• Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate closely with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly

Who We Are Looking For

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Customer-first mindset with a warm, positive attitude
• Comfortable handling multiple channels — calls, chats and emails
• Basic computer literacy
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to commit to a 24-hour rotational shift roster
