An exciting opportunity to join a leading defense company and take a key role in developing advanced electronic systems! ✨

We are looking for an experienced Avionics Development Manager with a strong background in hardware and electronic design to lead complex development processes, from initial design and specifications through production, integration, and system-level implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of electronic modules, from initial specifications and design through system integration.
• Manage hardware development activities in collaboration with engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Lead design reviews, develop project plans, and monitor development milestones.
• Oversee procurement, manufacturing, development testing, and integration activities.
• Manage the development of testing equipment and simulators for electronic modules.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Procurement, Production, Planning, and Quality Assurance.

Requirements:

✅ B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Mandatory .

✅ At least 10 years of experience in electronic design and electronic module development, from design through implementation and system integration Mandatory .

✅ Strong background in hardware development and end-to-end engineering processes.

✅ Experience managing development activities with customers and subcontractors, including project planning An advantage .

✅ Strong technical leadership, independent working capabilities, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

✅ Security clearance An advantage .

✅ Israeli citizenship Required .
