Avionics Systems Engineer- 244433

A defense company is looking for an Avionics Systems Engineer to define system requirements, develop system designs, and execute integration and verification activities for multidisciplinary avionics systems.

In this role, you will connect requirements, interfaces, and system performance, working closely with engineering teams throughout design, integration, and testing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define, develop, and manage system requirements.

• Develop system designs and author requirements specifications, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and integration documentation.

• Define and execute system integration activities and system-level tests.

• Coordinate technical work across engineering disciplines and participate in technical reviews.

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience as an Avionics or Multidisciplinary Systems Engineer on multidisciplinary projects.

• Hands-on experience in system integration or design verification testing.

• Strong systems thinking and the ability to lead technical activities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively through demanding project phases.
