1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM

Weekend Shift: Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Possible)

SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have):

• Avionics installation and testing
• Electrical harness and wiring installation
• Continuity testing and system testing
• Soldering and termination operations
• Routing wires and cables
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and avionics systems

POSITION OVERVIEW

• You will be the Flightline Avionics Technician Level 3 for the Production Flightline Team.
• The team is responsible for flightline functions, including installing electrical harnesses and wires, continuity testing, system testing, and soldering/termination operations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Test and install electrical harnesses and components.
• Route various wires and cables.
• Terminate cables and wires.
• Perform operational checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systems based on the assigned area.
• Perform general mechanical installations, testing, and inspections as required.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Maintain a clean, FOD-free work area while working safely and efficiently.
• Properly use, handle, and dispose of hazardous materials and toxic or caustic chemicals according to government regulations and company procedures.
• Perform repetitive movements and work overhead as required.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed to perform job tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, twist, and work on or inside aircraft.
• Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Use hands to grasp, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Required vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Regular exposure to vibration.
