Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Associate Vice President Account Management to manage strategic enterprise accounts, drive customer success, and identify opportunities for account growth. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery while strengthening long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic enterprise customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Drive customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption of SaaS solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Gather customer requirements and prepare Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development within a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing enterprise clients and driving account expansion.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SOWs, RFI/RFPs, and cross-functional project management.
• Prior experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Technology, or Enterprise SaaS is preferred.
