AVP, Branch Performance & Analytics (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

Branch Transformation, Performance & Data Management

• Manage and maintain branch performance reporting.
• Develop analytical capabilities and ensure data accuracy.
• Support the development of dashboards and reporting within the Power BI environment.
• Manage user access to reports and analytics, including shared network folder management.
• Support technical and financial skills development within the team.
• Support branch transformation initiatives.

Analytics Capability Engineering

• Build and enhance analytics capabilities to support branch transformation.
• Provide cross-departmental support for analytics development and optimisation.
• Identify and automate manual processes.
• Develop and manage collaborative data processes among business teams.
• Construct and maintain data pipelines using primary and secondary sources.
• Provide actionable data to stakeholders and business unit teams to support campaigns and performance metrics.
• Provide desktop analytics advisory and capability support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in financial reporting, sales performance analysis, or analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools such as Microsoft Power Query and Microsoft VBA would be an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver outputs under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
