About the Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Brand & Content professional to join a fast-growing D2C consumer brand and take ownership of its content engine.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can operate independently, drive execution end-to-end, and turn brand strategy into consistent, high-quality content.

What You'll Own

• Own and execute the monthly content calendar across social media, app, WhatsApp and packaging.
• Manage freelance editors, photographers, designers and production/shoot teams.
• Brief, review and push content to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Own farm/product shoots end-to-end, including planning, coordination and on-ground execution.
• Manage the creator & influencer programme — sourcing, negotiation, briefing, tracking and quality.
• Work closely with the growth team to ensure the required creative volume is delivered every week.
• Use performance data and consumer insights to determine what content should be created next.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity and positioning across channels.
• Work closely with the Brand Manager and Founder on brand direction and execution.

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in brand, creative, account management, client servicing or D2C growth environments.
• Strong preference for candidates from good D2C brands, particularly subscription-focused businesses.
• Candidates currently based in Pune are preferred, especially those coming from Pune-based companies.
• Experience managing content calendars, production partners, freelancers and shoots.
• Strong execution orientation — someone who can take ownership and get things done without constant supervision.
• Good creative judgement with the ability to balance brand, content and performance.
• Food, dairy, wellness or FMCG experience is a plus.
• Comfort with hands-on content production/editing will be an advantage.
• Both genders are welcome to apply.

Role Structure

This is currently an IC role with significant ownership and autonomy.

As the business expands, the role is expected to evolve into a team-based function, with opportunities to build and manage a team.

Interview Process

3 Rounds

1. Round 1: Interview with the Marketing Head
2. Round 2: Case Study / Functional Assessment
3. Round 3: Interaction with Founders / Investors

Interviews may be conducted through video call or face-to-face, depending on the stage and availability.
