AVP Client Client Relations

1. Authorise and coordinate the implementation of all aspects of strategic and operational planning

activities.

2. Allocate/Delegate responsibilities, duties and authority to determine the level of accountability of each

member of the team.

3. Encourage and consider suggestion from subordinate executives regarding all company activity.

4. Lead the execution management team towards the achievement of organisational objective.

5. Develop effective communication will all members of the team.

6. Make sure that all reports are delivered to clients as per pre agreed schedule.

7. Obtain client approvals for ad-hoc jobs and ensure proper documentation for same is maintained.

8. Act as a Checker for reports prepared by Managers.

9. Interactions with internal departments for clients specific reports.

10. Business development through cross selling services to existing and new clients.

11. Implementation of various SEBI Circulars & oversee if compliance is followed.

12. Revenue enhancement through rate revision from clients.

13. Setting up regular meetings as per agreed schedule and on specific demand from clients.

14. In depth understanding of management procedures & SEBI regulations.

15. Sample Check of Reports sent to Clients.

16. Understanding of Service Industry & Security Markets
