AVP for Human Resource Management Division

The role provides strategic and operational leadership in HR programs, policies, and compliance to support organizational culture, talent development, and workforce engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals; advise senior management on workforce planning and succession.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, leadership development, and performance management.
• Drive engagement programs, manage grievances, promote diversity and inclusion.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, wage orders, benefits, and workplace safety; prepare HR reports for audits.
• Supervise HR staff, implement HR systems, manage HR budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12–15 years progressive HR experience, with 5 years in senior management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
