AVP HR

We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead the overall HR & GA function.

• Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth.

• Lead the overall HR function covering workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and organizational development.

• Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Lead manpower planning and workforce deployment across property projects and related business units.

• Strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, organizational culture, and succession planning.

• Oversee HR operations, employee relations, labor compliance, headcount management, and workforce data.

• Oversee Compensation & Benefits strategies, including salary structures, plant wages, allowances, incentive schemes, benefits, and market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

• Review and enhance performance management processes to drive accountability and a high-performance culture.

• Lead and oversee HR & General Affairs operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operations.

• Ensure effective workforce administration, employee services, facilities, company activities, and related GA functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including proven success leading multiple HR functions at a senior management level.

• Solid working knowledge across core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development.

• Strong command of Thai labor law, employment regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
