AVP, Human Resources, Global Technology Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a AVP, Human Resources, Global Technology Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, helping shape people strategies that support business priorities across a complex, evolving technology organization. The AVP will influence workforce planning, organizational health, and talent decisions that strengthen execution and support long-term growth. This is a highly collaborative position with meaningful exposure to executive stakeholders and enterprise-wide change efforts.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute people strategies aligned to business objectives
• Provide strategic insights on workforce trends and organizational health
• Lead end-to-end talent strategies including succession planning and talent reviews
• Assess organizational effectiveness and design agile structures for workforce planning
• Champion an inclusive culture that fosters high-performing teams and a differentiated colleague experience

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration
• 10-15 years of progressive HR experience across various disciplines
• Proven experience collaborating with senior executives in large, complex organizations
• Demonstrated success in leading change and transformation initiatives
