Looking Internal Audit with an NBFC

Location- Mumbai **(**Kurla)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)mandatory

Experience: 8 to 12 years in Internal Audit with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, or Financial Services.

We are open to look for candidates who can relocate to Mumbai

Key Skills:

• Branch, Concurrent & Operational Audits
• Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
• Retail lending, branch operations, credit & collections
• Risk-based auditing and regulatory compliance
• Team leadership and audit partner management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Branch & Concurrent Audit programs as per the audit plan.
• Allocate audits, review reports, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Oversee external audit partners and concurrent auditors.
• Evaluate internal controls, operational processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct branch audits and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and risk teams to resolve audit observations.
• Execute special audits, thematic reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
