1/ Network Transformation / Network

• Summary: Ensures stable, secure, and optimal performance of network operations and security infrastructure while leading upgrade projects and maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day network operations, connectivity incidents, firewalls (Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Fortinet), routing/switching, and load balancers.
  • Lead network infrastructure, cloud integration, and security deployment projects.
  • Perform event log monitoring, document system configurations, and handle urgent off-hours requests.
  • Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and risk control guidelines.

• Key Requirements:

  • Degree in CS/IT with 5–8+ years in enterprise/carrier network support (banking preferred).
  • Expertise in firewalls, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/Alibaba), Cisco/Huawei networking, and TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN.
  • Certifications (CCNP/CCIE, PCNSA, cloud certs) and bilingual skills (English/Chinese) preferred.

2/Storage

• Summary: Owns the strategy, daily operations, capacity, and security of enterprise storage and backup environments to safeguard bank data integrity.

• Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic roadmaps for storage modernization, cloud adoption, and capacity planning.
  • Administer SAN, NAS, and cloud storage systems; execute data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Automate storage management using Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
  • Lead storage delivery projects, track SLAs/KPIs, enforce security policies, and manage vendor relationships.

• Key Requirements:

  • Degree in CS/IT with 5+ years in infrastructure and storage.
  • Hands-on expertise with storage solutions (EMC, NetApp) and scripting tools.
  • Proven leadership, budget management, and vendor oversight experience in regulated environments.

3/ Platform Transformation

• Summary: Drives the modernization, cloud transition, and automation of core bank infrastructure while maintaining stability, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Core Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for cloud/hybrid platforms, virtualization, storage, and compute.
  • Oversee core server operations (VMware, Hyper-V) and act as the technical escalation point for critical issues.
  • Manage digital workplace platforms, identity systems (Active Directory, M365), and remote work solutions.
  • Enforce zero-trust security, handle vendor contracts, and ensure audit/regulatory compliance.

• Key Requirements:

  • Degree in CS/IT with 5+ years in platform engineering or infrastructure transformation.
  • Strong background in VMware/Hyper-V, Azure/AWS cloud, storage, and endpoint management.
  • Certifications in Cloud, VMware, ITIL, or PMP are highly desirable.

4/ CPS / Messaging

• Summary: Administers, modernizes, and secures enterprise messaging, collaboration, and identity platforms (Microsoft 365 and Exchange).

• Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-premises, cloud, and hybrid Microsoft Exchange environments, including DAGs, mail flow, and upgrades.
  • Execute M365 cloud migrations, license management, and service decommissioning.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), access management, MFA, and conditional access controls.
  • Ensure system compliance, conduct disaster recovery exercises, and handle vendor contracts.

• Key Requirements:

  • Degree in CS/IT with 5+ years in infrastructure/messaging.
  • Deep technical hands-on experience with Exchange, M365, Azure AD, and Active Directory.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (M365, Exchange, Azure) preferred.

5/ Windows / EOS

• Summary: Manages virtual machines, Wintel server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and digital workplace solutions across the bank.

• Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee physical/virtual servers (VMware, Hyper-V) ensuring high availability, patching, and capacity planning.
  • Manage end-user workspace platforms including Active Directory, M365, VDI (Citrix/VMware Horizon), and MDM (Intune, Workspace ONE).
  • Support SAN/NAS storage, remote access solutions, and cross-team troubleshooting.
  • Drive infrastructure upgrade projects, manage vendors, and enforce security compliance.

• Key Requirements:

  • Degree in CS/IT with 5+ years in server, storage, virtualization, and Wintel infrastructure.
  • Expert knowledge in Windows/Linux Server, VMware, Active Directory, VDI, and MDM solutions.
  • Certifications like VCP, MCSE, ITIL, or PMP are highly desirable.
