[AVP] Mobility Platform UX Planning

Who we are We are responsible for the development, operation, and business of Shucle, an integrated mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) platform built on autonomous driving and AI technology. We handle every aspect of Shucle, a demand-responsive transit (DRT) service, directly, from planning, development, and data analysis to service operations and business development. We are now extending this experience to autonomous vehicle operations. Shucle connects the entire process of autonomous mobility operating on real roads within a single platform, from the passenger-facing service to the systems that monitor and operate autonomous vehicles in real time.

Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the design of control center systems for autonomous vehicle operations and their integration with the platform architecture, and drive the evolution toward AI-powered Agentic Operation.

■ Autonomous Driving Control System Design

• Designing control center screens and information structures for real-time monitoring of autonomous vehicle operational status, location, and anomalies
• Defining autonomous operation events such as vehicle malfunctions, service interruptions, and remote interventions, and designing the corresponding response workflows
• Collaborating with the autonomous driving technology team to derive control requirements based on vehicle data

■ Autonomous Fleet Operations Design

• Designing end-to-end workflows for autonomous fleet operations, including vehicle deployment, dispatch, charging, and maintenance
• Defining operational KPIs based on driving and control data and identifying improvement initiatives

■ Platform Scenario and Integration Design

• Defining end-to-end operator scenarios based on an understanding of the integration structure among the passenger booking app, back-office systems, and autonomous vehicles
• Designing operational flows and exception handling at the platform level rather than within a single app
• Leading the definition of interface requirements and negotiations with development teams and external partners

■ AI-Driven Operations Enhancement

• Identifying repetitive control tasks suitable for automation and designing decision and approval structures between the system and operators
• Planning LLM- and AI Agent-based control assistance features and operational workflows

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in UX design or product planning
• Experience designing B2B or back-office systems such as control, monitoring, or operations tools
• Understanding of platform architectures that integrate service apps and back-office systems, with experience designing scenarios across multiple touchpoints

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)
• Meet at least one of the following:
• [Autonomous Driving & Mobility] Experience planning vehicle operations or control systems in autonomous driving, robotics, or mobility
• [AI Services] Experience planning or launching LLM-based AI Agent or operational automation services
• Experience planning and operating mobile map, navigation, or mobility services
• Experience planning and operating global services
