AVP-Operations Implementation Lead Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a AVP-Operations Implementation Lead Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead complex operations implementation efforts that support multi-geo teams and ensure smooth transitions from planning through go-live. The position is focused on building strong operating processes, coordinating readiness across stakeholders, and keeping implementations on track through hypercare. It will also partner closely with clients and internal teams to validate requirements, resolve issues, and support compliant delivery in a financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Create end-to-end implementation of operating guidelines and process documentation
• Ensure operational readiness for multiple teams on day one and during hypercare
• Perform data analysis and validate business requirements for implementations
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, fostering stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of experience in financial services or TPA operations
• Familiarity with life and annuity products and policy administration systems
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel
• Experience with compliance requirements and quality assurance processes
• Strong interpersonal skills for working in multi-geo teams
