AVP, Strategic Analysts

For our client, we are seeking a AVP, Strategic Analysts to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will support AI- and automation-focused workflow improvement efforts across the organization, helping translate business needs into practical technology solutions. The position will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape a GenAI center of excellence and drive operational efficiency. It will also lead multidisciplinary, including offshore, teams while defining requirements that improve processes, collaboration, and execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze and improve workflows
• Collaborate with teams to establish a GenAI center of excellence
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders for project updates
• Lead multidisciplinary and offshore teams for technology solutions
• Define technology requirements to enhance efficiency and processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI engineering experience
• 3+ years of data science experience
• 8+ years in data science, AI, automation, or engineering
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguous concepts
• Resilient problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
• Experience defining technical requirements for business optimization
