As an AVP – Sys Admin & AI Solution Architect , you will be responsible for...

• Acting as a process improvement expert for AI within the Source to Pay (S2P) organization, aligning with the roadmap for AI agents, and collaborating with S2P cross-functional teams and the AI working group to enable AI-related functionalities in the system as needed.
• Implementing Generative AI features and creating AI agents in other widely used procurement applications.
• Coordinating with the team to provide requirements for Source to Pay use cases that need to be developed within Agent Studio.
• Configuring Procurement and Sourcing modules, including CLMA, Sourcing, and Supplier Management, for new implementations and continuous improvement projects.
• Developing and maintaining configuration timelines and documentation.
• Reviewing release notes and proposing process efficiencies within the system.
• Leading end-to-end sanity checks and testing of new configurations, maintaining defect-tracking matrices for documentation and defect resolution.
• Collaborating with the support team to resolve product issues and defects, actively participating in the Community to request new enhancements and track the progress of new AI-related features.
• Assisting with projects as required to support Source to Pay organizational initiatives and mentoring other team members to deepen their understanding of AI concepts.

What you already have...

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline with 5+ years of overall work experience in IT industry, or in lieu of a degree 7+ years of overall work experience in IT industry
• Minimum 5+ years of business knowledge in Procurement, Supplier Management, Contracts (CLMA), Sourcing, Accounts Payable
• 3+ years of experience in implementation of AI / Gen AI features, and Orchestration tools in any widely used procurement applications.
• High level of familiarity and understanding of AI/ML, Deep Learning and Gen AI concepts
