AVP - Treasury

Lookingfor a senior Treasury professional responsible for leading strategicfundraising initiatives, ensuring optimal visibility of funds and credit limitsto support business growth and cash flow management

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead growthinitiatives through diverse financial instruments viz Term Loan, PTC, CP, NCDwhile fostering co-lending partnerships

Cultivate and expandrelationships with key financial stakeholders viz Banks, NBFCs, FinancialInstitutions, Mutual Funds, etc

Oversee the completedeal lifecycle from origination to closure, ensuring timely negotiation andfinalization of terms

Lead the issuance ofListed Debt Securities & Market Linked Debentures, diversifying theborrowing mix and expanding the lender base

Facilitate thecompanys first impact funding.

Play a pivotal rolein strategic treasury structuring and execution, driving financial success.

Strengthening investorand lender relationships, fostering long-term financial partnerships.

Manage credit ratingsfor the group, optimizing financial credibility.

MBA-Finance with atleast 12-15 yrs of core Treasury Experience
