• Bar Pacific is a well-established and rapidly expanding bar group in Hong Kong. As we scale our operations and prepare for our next strategic growth milestones, we are looking for a passionate, creative, and star-level Mixologist to elevate our cocktail program, train our frontline teams, and represent our brand in major local and international bartending competitions!

主要職責 / Key Responsibilities

• 雞尾酒研發 (Cocktail R&D)： 設計創新、具市場引領性且利潤健康的全新雞尾酒酒單。 / Design innovative, high-margin, and trend-setting cocktail menus for the group.
• 代表出賽 (Competition Lead)： 擔任品牌代表，全權代表 Bar Pacific 參加各項本地及國際頂級調酒比賽。 / Serve as the brand representative, spearheading and competing in top-tier local and international bartending competitions.
• 品質監控與培訓 (Quality Control & Training)： 建立雞尾酒製作的標準作業程序 (SOP)，並為各分店調酒師進行實地手把手培訓。 / Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cocktail preparation and conduct hands-on training for bartenders across all branches.
• 品牌推廣 (Brand Promotion)： 聯同市場營銷團隊合作，透過客座調酒 (Guest Shift) 等活動提升 Bar Pacific 在夜生活市場的聲譽。 / Collaborate with the marketing team to elevate Bar Pacific’s presence in the nightlife scene through Guest Shifts and promotional events.

入職要求 / Requirements & Qualifications

• 具備 5 年或以上 於知名雞尾酒酒吧、酒店或高檔酒廊任職調酒師的經驗。 / Minimum 5+ years of bartending experience in reputable cocktail bars, hotels, or high-end lounges.
• 擁有曾參加知名調酒比賽（如 World Class 等）並晉級決賽或獲獎的實戰記錄優先。 / Proven track record in participating, reaching advanced stages, or winning recognized cocktail competitions (e.g., World Class) is strongly preferred.
• 精通烈酒知識、雞尾酒成本控制 (Costing) 及酒吧營運流程。 / Deep knowledge of spirit curation, cocktail costing, and bar operations.
• 具備良好的領導能力、溝通及培訓技巧；流利廣東話及英語。 / Strong leadership, communication, and training skills; fluent in both Cantonese and English.
• 對調酒充滿熱情、有野心，渴望在快速發展的連鎖集團中擔當核心管理角色。 / Passionate, ambitious, and eager to take on a core management role within a fast-growing chain group.
