What they need
AWS Amazon Connect Engineer
- 5-8 years of experience in AWS Contact Center solutions.
- Design, configure, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, and routing profiles.
- Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda (Python/Node.js) and DynamoDB.
- Build IVR and chatbot solutions using Amazon Lex.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems and REST APIs.
- Configure call recording, callbacks, holiday routing, and failover mechanisms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications using AWS CloudWatch.
- Support multi-channel customer engagement (Voice, Chat, Tasks).
- Provide production support, incident management, and performance optimization.
- Work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum environments.
