Job Summary We are looking for an experienced AWS AppStream & WorkSpaces Administrator to manage and support enterprise AWS End User Computing (EUC) environments. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AWS AppStream 2.0, AWS WorkSpaces, image management, application delivery, user provisioning, troubleshooting, and Windows/AD administration .

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support AWS AppStream 2.0 and AWS WorkSpaces environments.
• Manage AppStream images, WorkSpaces bundles, application publishing, and user provisioning.
• Perform application installation, packaging, testing, deployment, and image lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot login, authentication, connectivity, application access, printing, profile, and performance issues.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows OS, DNS, certificates, and user profiles.
• Monitor platform availability, capacity, utilization, and performance.
• Perform patching, upgrades, security hardening, and capacity planning.
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management.
• Use PowerShell/scripting for automation and operational improvements.
• Work with Cloud, Network, Security, Application, and Endpoint teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain SOPs, operational documentation, and knowledge articles.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with 8 10 years of infrastructure/EUC experience and strong hands-on exposure to both AWS AppStream 2.0 and AWS WorkSpaces will be preferred. Citrix administration experience is an added advantage , especially for hybrid EUC environments..
