Experience supporting customer-facing platforms, incident response, capacity planning, availability, performance tuning, maintenance, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and root cause analysis. - AWS Security Remediation
IAM/least privilege, Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Secrets Manager, KMS, vulnerability remediation, and network/security hardening. - Infrastructure Automation
Terraform, scripting, reusable infrastructure modules, configuration management, Git-based change control, and reducing manual operational effort. - Observability & Troubleshooting
CloudWatch, centralized logging, metrics, alerting, infrastructure and application troubleshooting, PostgreSQL/RDS awareness, Linux administration, Windows Server administration/troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.
