RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Infrastructure Operation tasks for Japanese clients.
• Provide technical support to end-users of Japanese clients.
• Prepare and submit regular work reports.

Daily tasks you will take care:

• Deploy and release websites for clients.
• Administer databases: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Handle cloud tasks on AWS and Azure Cloud.
• Retrieve logs and search content within Linux servers.
• Manage and maintain test servers for clients.
• Work with tools and technologies: Ansible, Terraform, Python, Shell Script, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub.
• Work in 2 rotating shifts (changing once a month), following the client's calendar with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday):
• Shift 1: 07:30 – 16:30
• Shift 2: 10:00 – 19:00

REQUIREMENTS

• Education / Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience in AWS Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Server systems.
• Hands-on experience with Database administration.

Preferences:

• Candidates with scripting/coding skills in Shell Script, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Candidates holding certifications in Oracle, Linux, AWS Cloud, or JLPT.
