Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Lead with 8+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will lead cloud transformation initiatives, architect scalable and secure environments, and mentor engineering teams while ensuring adherence to cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead AWS cloud architecture, design, and implementation projects.
• Design highly available, scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.
• Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Define and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Lead CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives.
• Monitor cloud environments and optimize performance and costs.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Participate in client discussions, solution presentations, and technical estimations.

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
