AWS Cloud Migration & Infrastructure Engineer (Blr/Pune/Hyd/BBSR/Chn)

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Migration & Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure Automation, Cloud Migration, Container Platforms, and DevOps Practices.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cloud migration initiatives, disaster recovery implementation, AWS architecture reviews, cloud modernization, infrastructure automation, stakeholder management, and cloud operations support across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

AWS Cloud Migration & Modernization

• Lead migration of on-premise applications and infrastructure to AWS Cloud.
• Design and implement cloud transformation and modernization strategies.
• Assess workloads and recommend suitable AWS architecture patterns.
• Drive application modernization initiatives leveraging AWS-native services.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• Design and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions using AWS CloudEndure / AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery.
• Establish DR environments and execute failover/failback testing activities.
• Ensure business continuity, resilience, and compliance requirements are met.
• Develop recovery procedures and operational runbooks.

Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering

• Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Work extensively with:

• AWS EC2

• AWS EKS

• AWS ECS

• VPC

• Load Balancers

• Storage Services

• Support enterprise container and cloud-native platforms.

Connectivity & Network Engineering

• Configure and support Site-to-Site VPN connectivity between on-premises and AWS environments.
• Design secure hybrid-cloud connectivity solutions.
• Support network troubleshooting and cloud networking best practices.

DevOps & Automation

• Develop automation solutions using:

• Terraform

• Python

• PowerShell

• Support CI/CD pipelines using:

• Jenkins

• Bitbucket

• Improve deployment automation and operational efficiency.

Cloud Governance & Optimization

• Conduct AWS Well-Architected Reviews.

• Perform cloud security assessments and compliance reviews.

• Identify opportunities for:

• Cost Optimization

• Performance Tuning

• Resource Optimization

• Implement cloud governance and security best practices.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide cloud consulting and feasibility assessments.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Support end-to-end cloud transformation programs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.

• Strong experience in AWS cloud migration projects.

• Hands-on experience with:

• AWS Cloud

• AWS EC2

• AWS EKS

• AWS ECS

• Experience implementing DR solutions using AWS CloudEndure / AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery.

• Experience establishing Site-to-Site VPN connectivity.

• Strong Linux and Windows Administration experience.

• Experience with:

• Experience using:

• Jenkins

• Knowledge of AWS security, governance, and operational best practices.
