• Assess current on-premises infrastructure, applications, databases, and dependencies.
• Develop migration roadmaps, wave plans, and modernization strategies.
• Design secure, scalable, highly available AWS architectures.
• Migrate Linux and Windows workloads from on-premises data centers to AWS.
• Migrate NAS-based storage solutions to AWS storage services.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Configure load balancing, autoscaling, monitoring, and security controls.
• Enable encryption in transit and at rest.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and security standards.

What should you bring along

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS migration projects.
• Expertise in Amazon EC2, VPC, ALB/NLB, EFS, S3, Backup, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CI/CD Pipelines.
• NAS Storage, AWS EFS and FSx, TCP/IP Networking, DNS, Load Balancing, Reverse Proxies.
• Java/J2EE, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs
• Apache HTTP Server, GlassFish Application Server
• Oracle Database, Linux and Windows Server
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for automated, repeatable infrastructure provisioning.
• Container & Modernization Experience: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and application modernization strategies such as rehosting, replatforming, and refactoring.
• Experience with AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), AWS Migration Hub, Cloud Endure, AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), and migration assessment/discovery tools.
• Understanding incident management, change management and problem management and ITIL support processes at enterprise level.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Ability to deal with uncertainty and a volatile environment with ambiguous and conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Ability to operate in an intercultural environment (international platform).
• Ability to work as part of a team, interdependent as well as independently and complete deliverables on time.

Must have technical skill
