Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and continuously improve enterprise-scale AWS cloud infrastructure and foundation services.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and deployment issues.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Terraform, Python and GitHub Actions.
• Implement and manage AWS services, including Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
• Strengthen cloud security, governance and compliance through IAM, AWS Organizations and Service Control Policies (SCPs).
• Monitor cloud environments, investigate incidents and drive issues through to resolution.
• Support vulnerability management activities and implement security remediation measures.
• Handle production incidents, service requests and SLA-driven operational activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, operational efficiency and automation.
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality cloud services.

Essential Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments.
• Practical experience with Terraform, Python and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
• Good knowledge of IAM, AWS Organizations, SCPs and cloud governance.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and deployment issues.
• Understanding of cloud security, vulnerability management and remediation.
• Experience handling production incidents, support requests and SLA-driven activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership and drive issues through to resolution.
