Elysium Cyber is a cybersecurity consulting firm working in federal and enterprise environments. Our practice covers detection engineering, compliance, and on-demand security engineering for organizations tightening their security posture. This program runs out of that practice.

The Problem This Solves

Entry-level cybersecurity has a circular requirement. Roles ask for hands-on experience. Nobody gives you hands-on experience without a role. Certifications prove you studied, not that you have worked.

What You Actually Do

Four weeks inside your own provisioned AWS environment, working a structured cloud security engagement. You inventory and assess a real cloud footprint, work identity and access problems, build out logging and monitoring, and write findings the way a working analyst writes them.

Four deliverables across the four weeks. Each one is reviewed. Work that is not strong enough comes back with revision notes and you resubmit. That review loop is the part self-study cannot give you.

You finish with a capstone artifact for your portfolio and specific engagement work you can describe in an interview.

University Credit

For current students, this can be structured to satisfy university internship or experiential learning requirements. We can supply documentation, learning objectives, evaluations, or verification of participation.

International Students

International students are welcome. This is a purchased educational program rather than an employment position, so participation does not depend on being hired. Where your school requires supporting documentation for internship credit, we can work with them, subject to their policies.
