• Assess, analyze, and optimize existing Data Engineering processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement across Data Engineering workflows.
• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) for innovative AI-driven solutions and lead their successful implementation.
• Bring strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, and AI-powered Data Engineering solutions.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and innovation skills to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Possess solid hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing, engineering, and analytics.
• Demonstrate strong experience with AWS Redshift for cloud data warehousing and analytics solutions.
• Evaluate existing data architectures and recommend scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive innovative solutions from ideation through implementation.
