1. 6 8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with a strong foundation in Python scripting for data processing and automation.
2. Expertise in AWS data analytics services including Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lambda, and S3, with a solid understanding of AWS Data Lake architectures.
3. Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization across large datasets.
4. Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making through actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication skills , with a proven ability to work directly with business users to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and deliver data solutions.
6. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams , including product, analytics, and operations, to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals.
7. Knowledge of the insurance domain (e.g., claims, policies, Actuarial processes) is a significant advantage.
8. Commitment to data quality and governance , with experience in building robust, scalable, and maintainable data pipelines.
