AWS (Developer) Engineer

• Full-time Position

• Setup: Remote

• Schedule: Night Shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain AWS microservices and serverless applications using Python and Node.js.

• Build REST APIs, event-driven services, and integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and Step Functions.

• Implement and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps.

• Translate technical specifications and API contracts into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.

• Apply software engineering best practices including testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, monitoring, and documentation.

• Collaborate with architects and technical teams on cloud modernization, system integration, and distributed application development.

• Apply CQRS/Saga patterns under architectural guidance where applicable.

• Leverage Gen AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Kiro in the development workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ of experience developing production-grade microservices/serverless applications on AWS.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Node.js; .NET is a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs, API contracts, and event-driven architecture.
• Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, VPC Lattice, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, and DynamoDB.
• Intermediate experience with Terraform/IaC and Git-based development workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Comfortable working in a spec-driven development environment.
• Experience using Gen AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, or equivalent.
• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or equivalent experience/certification.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
