Role: DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Experience : 10 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes - AWS, AWS EKS
• Maintain and optimize Kubernetes clusters (pods, deployments, services, ingress, RBAC)
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Shell & Python scripting
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Define and track SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs
• Own system reliability, availability, and performance
• Implement observability using Open Telemetry
• Build dashboards using Grafana and set up alerts via Prometheus
• Manage logs and alerts using Splunk
• Perform deep-dive debugging across distributed systems
• Lead incident response, RCA, and post-mortems
• Participate in on-call rotations and manage error budgets
