What they need
AWS Expertise Hands on Experience with AWS services(EC2,VPC,S3,IAM,Route 53, Cloud Watch, etc) and Proven track record of designing and deploying EKS environments from scratch
- Kubernetes Mastery Strong expertise in Kubernetes including deployments, services, ingress controllers, networking and experience with managing Kubernetes workloads using ConfigMaps, Secrets, Helm and RBAC.
- DevOps Tools – Proficiency in Jenkins pipeline scripting(Groovy) for CI/CD workflows with extensive experience in Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration having deep knowledge of Docker for containerization.
- Scripting/Automation – Strong Scripting Skills in Groovy, Bash and Python to automate complex workflows.
- Monitoring/Logging – Experience with setting up monitoring(Grafana,etc) and logging(ELK stack, CloudWatch Logs, etc) for production systems
