AWS Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of AWS infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and scalability.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
